Grown Naturally in Laguna

Our jackfruit trees are naturally grown. We do not hold an organic certification — getting one is a process, and we would rather be honest with you than slap a label on a bag. What we can tell you is that our trees are not pushed with heavy synthetic inputs. They grow in Calauan's volcanic-influenced soil, watered by Laguna rains, and harvested when they are genuinely ready — not when a schedule says so. The result is fruit that tastes like fruit is supposed to taste.

Ripe and Young: Two Very Different Harvests

A single jackfruit tree gives you two entirely different ingredients depending on when you pick it. Young, unripe langka has firm, neutral flesh that absorbs whatever you cook it in — it is the classic base for ginataang langka, adobo, and other savory dishes. Ripe jackfruit is a different world: sweet, fragrant, golden bulbs that you can eat straight from the pod or fold into desserts and pastries. We harvest both, and we sell both. Fresh Jackfruit, Sold Whole or Ready to Eat

A whole ripe jackfruit is a commitment — they can weigh eight kilograms or more, and breaking one down takes a little patience. If that sounds like your kind of Saturday, we sell whole fruit. If you would rather skip straight to the eating, we also sell fresh jackfruit pre-separated into golden bulbs, chilled and ready to go. Both options are available for delivery across Laguna and Metro Manila, and we offer bulk pricing for households, small restaurants, and food businesses that go through volume.

Value-Added Products: Nothing Goes to Waste

A farm that grows jackfruit at our scale faces a simple choice: sell everything fresh and watch good fruit go to waste when timing does not line up, or find ways to turn every harvest into something shelf-stable and useful. We chose the second path. Alongside fresh langka, we produce dried jackfruit, crunchy jackfruit chips, jackfruit preserve (a sweet spread that works on pandesal the way jam works on toast), and jackfruit flour — a gluten-light baking ingredient made from dried young flesh. These products also make it easy to bring a piece of the farm home as a pasalubong.

Wholesale and Bulk Orders Welcome

We work directly with buyers — market vendors, small eateries, food processors, and household bulk orders. No middleman markup, and you deal with the family directly. Minimum quantities and pricing depend on the product and season; reach out through the shop and we will sort out the details. We deliver to Laguna and Metro Manila, and we are open to scheduled weekly or bi-monthly runs for regular buyers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you sell jackfruit by the kilo, or only whole fruit?

Both. We sell whole fresh jackfruit for buyers who want the full fruit, and we also sell pre-separated ripe bulbs by the pack — useful if you just need a serving or two without tackling an entire langka. For young jackfruit used in cooking, we typically sell it whole or halved. Contact us through the shop if you need a specific cut or quantity and we will do our best to accommodate.

What is the difference between your dried jackfruit and your jackfruit chips?

Dried jackfruit is made from ripe flesh that is slow-dried to concentrate the sweetness — chewy, soft, and intensely flavored, similar to dried mango. Jackfruit chips are made from young, unripe flesh that is thinly sliced and fried or baked until crisp. They are lightly savory with a satisfying crunch, closer to a vegetable chip than a fruit snack. Both are made on-farm with no artificial preservatives.

Can I buy directly from the farm, or do you only deliver?

We primarily sell through delivery for now, covering Laguna and Metro Manila. We are working toward scheduled farm pickups and on-site visits as we develop the property into an events and agri-tourism space. If you are nearby in Calauan and want to arrange a direct pickup, message us through the shop — we can often sort something out for local buyers.

Is your jackfruit organic?

We grow our langka naturally — we do not rely on heavy synthetic fertilizers or pesticides, and the trees grow in open farm conditions in Calauan, Laguna. However, we do not currently hold a formal organic certification from any accrediting body. We would rather tell you that plainly than misuse a label. If you have specific questions about how a particular crop was grown, just ask — we are a family farm and we are happy to explain our practices directly.
