Our Avocados — Grown with Care in Calauan, Laguna
At Hannah's Farm, our avocados grow the way fruit should: slowly, under real sun, on land our family tends by hand in Calauan, Laguna. We don't rush them and we don't cut corners — what reaches you is exactly what came off our trees. Whether you're looking to shop our avocados fresh, or you need bulk supply for your café or restaurant, this is where they come from.
A Farm in the Heart of Laguna's Growing Country
Calauan sits in a part of Laguna where the soil runs deep and the rains come reliably. Imelda and Manny Abelardo started planting here years ago, and the avocado trees that stand on the property today are a direct result of that patient, long-view thinking. This isn't a large commercial operation — it's a family farm, and the avocados reflect that. They're grown alongside banana, jackfruit, mango, coconut, and cultivated agarwood, part of a whole farm that stays in balance rather than squeezing every hectare for a single crop.
Naturally Grown, Honestly Described
We grow our avocados without synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers — that's simply how this farm has always worked. We're not certified organic (certification is a process we haven't gone through), and we won't claim otherwise. What we can tell you honestly is that our trees are tended by hand, that we don't use inputs we wouldn't want on our own food, and that the people picking these avocados are the same family that planted them. If you want to know more about how we farm, come visit — we're open to questions and we're not hiding anything.
Hand-Picked and Field-Ripened
Our avocados are picked by hand when the fruit is mature on the tree. We watch the trees, not the calendar. Field-ripened fruit finishes developing its oils and flavor naturally before it ever leaves the farm, which means the avocado you receive is already on its way to being ready — it just needs a little time on your counter to soften up. If you've never waited out a hard avocado before, our how to ripen an avocado guide walks you through it simply.
Nothing Wasted — Value-Added Avocado Products
A harvest always produces more than perfect whole fruit, and on this farm, that surplus becomes something useful rather than something discarded. We make frozen avocado pulp for cafés and smoothie bars that need a consistent supply year-round — creamy, pre-portioned, and ready to blend straight from the freezer. We also produce freeze-dried avocado powder for bakers and food businesses, cold-pressed avocado oil for cooking and skincare use, and a blush dye drawn from the pits themselves, which gives a soft, natural pink that works beautifully for fabric and craft projects. The avocado pit, which most people throw away, turns out to be one of the most interesting things on the fruit. These products come out of the same commitment to not wasting what the land gives us — and they connect directly to the events and workshops we're building on the farm, where guests can see and try the whole process.
Fresh Avocados and Wholesale Supply
We sell fresh avocados direct to households and can arrange delivery within Laguna and Metro Manila. For cafés, restaurants, and food businesses that need a dependable volume, we offer wholesale arrangements — get in touch and we'll talk about what works for your schedule and quantity. Availability follows the harvest, so seasons matter, but our frozen pulp fills the gap during off-months so your kitchen doesn't have to stop.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I buy avocados from Hannah's Farm in bulk or wholesale?
Yes. We supply cafés, restaurants, and food businesses with fresh avocados in season, and frozen avocado pulp year-round for kitchens that need a consistent supply. Wholesale arrangements are done directly — contact us through the farm and we'll work out quantities, schedule, and delivery based on what you need. We're a family farm, not a large distributor, so we keep the conversation personal.
Do you deliver avocados to Metro Manila?
We do. We deliver within Laguna and to Metro Manila. Delivery schedules depend on harvest timing for fresh fruit, but frozen pulp ships any time. Reach out through our shop or contact page to arrange a delivery or set up a regular order.
Are your avocados organic?
We grow naturally — no synthetic pesticides, no chemical fertilizers — but we are not certified organic. Organic certification requires a formal process we haven't gone through. We prefer to be straight with you about that rather than use the word loosely. If you'd like to know more about how we manage the farm, we're happy to talk through it or have you visit.
What other avocado products does Hannah's Farm make?
Beyond fresh fruit, we make frozen avocado pulp (great for smoothies and café drinks), freeze-dried avocado powder for baking and food production, cold-pressed avocado oil for cooking or skin use, and a natural blush dye from the avocado pits. These come out of our commitment to using the whole fruit and wasting as little as possible. Some of these products are also part of the farm experiences and workshops we're developing — a way for visitors to see how one fruit can become many things.
